Referral Program Benefits: How It Works

Step 1
Find available roles in our Job List. Select the roles that align with your referral's superpowers. Choose a vacancy, click the button to refer your candidate, enter their details (including CV or LinkedIn Profile' link) and your personal information.
Step 2
Fill out the form with your details and your referral's information. Tell us why they're a top-performer.
Step 3
Both you and your referral will receive a confirmation email.
Step 4
Our recruiters will connect with your referral if they're a match for our open roles.
Step 5
You'll be notified when your referral joins our team and completes their probation period.
Step 6
We'll request your bank details for the reward payout.

Here's the breakdown of what you can earn:

  • Head of Department, C-Level:       2000 Euro
  • Lead, Manager:       700 Euro
  • Senior: 500 Euro
  • Middle: 300 Euro
  • Junior: 150 Euro

The referral must be a new candidate to our database.

Referral fee is paid if the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes their probation period.

Refer as many candidates as you want, but submit each referral separately. One form, one candidate.

Your referral remains linked to you for six months. If someone else has already referred them, the reward goes to the original scout.

Referrals must be submitted through this official Job List – no shortcuts.

Referral payments will be processed within 30 days after your referral completes their probation period.

Any applicable taxes are your responsibility.

We'll confirm your referral is in our system and counts as yours.

By participating, you must inform your candidate and obtain their consent to our terms and conditions and permission to store your and their information securely.
